Charlene Choi's body figure didn't change at all in 10 years

(Twins 10 years ago)

After 10 years, Twins appears at Canton Road in Tsim Sha Tsui once again as guests for the Christmas countdown show. Under the low temperatures, the street was covered with several thousand residents ready to welcome the Christmas holidays. It was a very lively atmosphere. Charlene Choi (Ah Sa) and Gillian Chung (Ah Gil) were on stage singing and dancing for the audience. Ah Sa claimed her body figure didn't change at all over the past 10 years. She will also be celebrating the holiday with her boyfriend William Chan after the show. As for the single Ah Gil, she expressed she is not rushed to find a boyfriend at all, but her seniors are all rushing her. Good sister Ah Sa joked that all her male friends are 'not straight' (gay), therefore she cannot introduce any of them to her.

Just a blink of an eye and it's already 10 years, Ah Gil felt a tad regretful on how time just flew by. The greatest difference for her is she is now older, whereas Ah Sa laughed: "My body figure never changed!" Ah Gil heard this and expressed: "More or less there probably was a change, but I will not tell you how much." The two have already exchanged Christmas gifts, Ah Sa received skincare products from Ah Gil, while she gave Ah Gil a drawing.

After the show, Ah Sa will be meeting up with her boyfriend and a large group of friends for a Christmas party. Ah Gil won't be attending though. She said: "I am feeling a little sick and tired. also I don't really like to play, I rather stay home and rest." Ah Sa is currently in a sweet romance with William Chan, but will she introduce any good guys to her partner? Ah Sa said: "If she wants to find one, it's simple. I have never been worried for her, but as far as relationships, just leave it to fate." Ah Sa continued and joked: "Also, the single men that I know can't be introduced to her." Asked if she's saying her male friends are 'not straight' (gay)? She said: "Yes! So, can't introduce them to her." Ah Gil expressed many of her seniors are more rushed than she is. They often say they want to introduce a guy to her, but she currently does not want to date anyone.

Ah Sa's song Years (??) made it on Top 5 of the Chik Chak My Favorite Song Award. She said: "Right now I'm already pretending I got the award. I actually support William So's Then Who (??). I believe his chances of winning are pretty high." William said before he wanted to go online to vote for Ah Sa, but she said: "I don't think so!" Ah Gil joked: "I know William Chan won't do that, he's so lazy!"

Charlene Choi: “Nothing Can Hurt Me Anymore!”

Twins was established a decade ago and group members, Charlene Choi (???) and Gillian Chung (???), have experienced numerous turbulences. When Charlene’s marital status to Ronald Cheng (???) was revealed, their simultaneous divorce was unveiled before the public, leading to a double repercussion. No wonder Charlene noted that the worst has already passed and that she was no longer afraid of anything in life!

Charlene and Louis Koo (???) appeared at a celebratory banquet for I.T.’s Maison Martin Margiela store opening. I.T.’s founder, Shum Ka Wai (???), was also in attendance. With the current temperature in Beijing dipping to 5 degrees Celsius, Charlene wore the latest fall fur fashion at the banquet. Admitting that she was afraid of the cold temperatures, Charlene affixed six heating pads to her body to stay warm. When she entered the indoor venue, Charlene started sweating profusely. Charlene said, “When I was inside the car, I could not breathe properly; I wanted to die! It was a lot better when I walked outside.”

Feeling the Most Liberated In Her Entire Career

Charlene shared the details of her hectic upcoming schedule, “In November, Twins will perform in Shanghai as part of their world concert tour. We had performed in Guangzhou, China and the United States earlier. The world concert tour will continue in 2012. In March, we will perform in Zhongshan, China and another location. In addition, we will have to record our Cantonese music album and rehearse for the upcoming concert performances.”

Asked what style her new album will feature, Charlene said, “The album’s theme will center upon freedom. Over our 10-year career, Gillian and I felt the most liberated and happy in the last two years. I experienced an unhappy stage in my life and the worst period has already passed. There is nothing worse that can occur anymore, which is why I am very happy now. Nothing further can hurt me [to that extent] anymore. Earlier, Gillian and I released separate music albums and met different music producers and technicians, so we can introduce them to each other.”

“William Chan Is Very Mature”

Charlene revealed that her thinking has matured immensely, “I was not old enough in the past and dwelled on many things, wishing I was more mature. Now that I have matured, I have to get in touch with my inner child instead.” (William Chan ??? helps you get closer to your inner child?) “Although he is only slightly younger than I am, he is very mature. I will ask him for help on many matters.” (Can you elaborate on such instances?) “It’s difficult to say; something has to happen first.”

Asked whether numerous vendors sought Charlene and William to appear at joint promotional events together due to their dating status, she replied, “There are a few offers. We told our company, EEG, and the outside world, that we do not prefer to do so. We filmed several ads together; however, they were arranged prior to our dating.”

In addition, Charlene’s mainland series will be shortly broadcast in Italy, upon which she expressed a great sense of honor.

Eva Huang and Charlene Choi get naked to play snake

The Ching Siu Tung directed THE SORCERER AND THE WHITE SNAKE (BAK SEH CHUEN SHUET) will open on September 29th in Hong Kong and the Mainland for the National Day slot. Eva Huang Shengyi and Charlene Choi Cheuk Yin in the film played White Snake and Green Snake. As Green Snake, Ah Sa would display Green Snake's lively side. In the film she even played matchmaker to Huang Shengyi and Raymond Lam Fung. The film added many computer generated special effects. In THE SORCERER AND THE WHITE SNAKE a human shape that was covered in snake scales from shoulder to waist and below waist was all snake. In order to realistically display such human snake hybrid, Huang Shengyi and Ah Sa were wrapped in blue cloth from their chest down and relied on post production on the special effect created snake scales. Their figures left nothing to the imagination. To create White Snake and Green Snake's "snake skin", Huang Shengyi and Ah Sa also needed to be completely naked in the resin mold. To Huang Shengyi and Ah Sa, the film THE SORCERER AND THE WHITE SNAKE made them give the biggest leeway in their careers.

Huang SHengyi said the molding process was a little hot. At first she was not used to it. Luckily her skin did not have any reaction. She said that this special effect scene was already much more comfortable than fighting Jet Li (Lee Nin Kit)'s Fahai and being hung up high for a sword fight. She said that after days of fighting, the molding was like rest for her. Speaking of working with Ah Sa, Huang Shengyi said that she was a very cute little sister. This half human, half snake look once gave Director Ching Siu Tung quite a headache as he repeatedly asked the Korean company to make adjustments to achieve Green and White Snake's half human, half snake image. In addition, the film also had other demons, like Miriam Yeung Chin Wa's rabbit demon, Jiang Wu's turtle demon, Chapman To Man Jat's toad demon, Lam Suet's rooster demon and a particularly cute mouse. They were all friends of White Snake and Green Snake.

Wire work scares Charlene Choi half to death

The Jet Li (Lee Nin Kit), Charlene Choi Chuek Yin, Wen Zhang and Raymond Lam Fung starred film THE SORCERER AND THE WHITE SNAKE (BAK SEH CHUEN SHUET ji FAT HAI) earlier unveiled a series of thrilling work photos. Ah Sa as the Green Snake and Wen Zhang as Nengren both were hung 80 meters in the air with a dangerous valley below. Ah Sa herself had a fear of heights. However director and action director, "Wire King" Ching Siu Tung said that in order to bring back the thousand year legend world, "flying around" in great heights like Ah Sa and Wen Zhang was "necessary". Even Lee Nin Kit was not spared.

In this scene Nengren who already turned into a bat demon flew with Ah Sa's Green Snake in his arms. They needed to climb 80 meters in the air, around 20 floors up. Although Ching Siu Tung again guaranteed the "wire" safety and even personally demonstrated, Ah Sa was still very scared and worried. Luckily Wen Zhang kept trying to cheer her up and eased the tension. Yet hung on a thin wire 80 meters in mid air, even someone without a fear of heights needed certain courage. Ah Sa started rising and closed her eyes tightly as she kept said, "It's very scary! I don't dare to look, I don't dare to look." She tightly held onto Wen Zhang who was also in mid air. She usually easily made a pose but in mid air it became very hard for her. In addition four giant fans were blowing on the set, their costumes often covered their faces and led to many bad takes. They had to be ascend, descend, and ascend not less than five times. A short two to three minute shot took an entire afternoon. Ah Sa and Wen Zhang spent around a hour in the air. No wonder after the shoot Ah Sa's face was pale and she could not speak for half a day as if she was scared half to death. Another wet "wire work" was also rather thrilling. Ah Sa rose from the water at high speed, the water drops formed a beautiful track in the air.

Although now many high difficult action scenes could be completed in post production with computer generated special effects, but Ching Siu Tung thought that the legend world had to be the most realistic for the effects to be their most wonderful and most shocking. In order for the film to display the Eastern spirit and legendary aura even better, Ching Siu Tung even brought almost the entire cast to the sky. Even Lee Nin Kit was no example. He said, "Lee Nin Kit's usual kung fu film didn't require 'wire', but this time was fantasy action. The fighting wasn't just real kung fu but also magic. Fahai could leap two stories from the ground, how could it work without 'wires'?"

William Chan willing to buy underwear for Charlene Choi, praises her good body figure

The other night, Miriam Yeung and William Chan were guest performers for undergarment brand TRIUMPH's 125th anniversary celebration. However, Miriam expressed through her assistant that she is not in a good mood, and declined to interviews. When she was performing, she got off-key, her performance was only so-so. Wonder if it's because of her mood that messed her up.

Before the show, William accepted an interview expressing that he will have body contact with the undergarment models. Asked if his girlfriend Charlene Choi opposes him doing undergarment shows? He said: "I'm just working, I done these shows before. (Afraid there might be a physiological reaction?) No, just a normal show." He continued saying that if he sees a good underwear, he thinks he can buy it for his girlfriend. When asked if he knows Ah Sa's size? He said he knows her approximate size. Asked what he thinks of his girlfriend's body figure? "She has always been fit. (Good body figure?) Good, average, healthy."

Nicholas Tse and Charlene Choi have chemistry

Currently Nicholas Tse Ting Fung is working on THE VIRAL FACTOR (YIK JIN) in Kuala Lumpur. For better sound recording and preventing actor disturbance from the crowd, the crew earlier put up boards around the set. On Sunday, Ting Fung will fly to Beijing to promote the Wong Jing film TREASURE INN (CHOI SUN HAT JANG). Because THE VIRAL FACTOR was heating up in its production, Ting Fung had to return on the same day. Reportedly Ting Fung would answer questions about his marriage at the press conference, fans even secretly formed "Fung Support Teams" to cheer for him at the event. Free tickets of the event turned into objects of speculation.

In the film he and Charlene Choi Cheuk Yin played a couple and even performed a funny kiss in front of Nick Cheung Ka Fai and Huang Yi, rivaling the popularity of the buck tooth Ka Fai. Director Wong Jing said, "Ting Fung and Ah Sa are old partners, privately they are very close and have a lot of chemistry. I want Ah Sa to play a girl who just started in love. Seeing the Ting Fung played young master she immediately fell in love at first sight. Ah Sa's performance was very natural."

Wong Jing also praised Cheung Ka Fai's professionalism for appearing in the buck tooth ugly look.

Media Asia boss Peter Lam Kin Ngok yesterday attended an event. Rumors surfaced about Pak Chi asking for 50 million for a three year contract to join his company. Mr. Lam said, "Pak Chi indeed has been to the company to negotiate a contract because the company wants to ask her to make a movie." Would he considered signing Pak Chi? Mr. Lam humorously said, "Until this minute we still haven't talked about it, everyone know she has a lot of potential and they don't have to worry about her. Actually I want to sing her sons the most, so many people outsides want her sons. However they are too little, I think so far they may not be signed." As for recent contact with the "missing" Pak Chi, Mr. Lam said, "Everyone is looking for her. Hong Kong is very small, she will come out sooner or later."

Yesterday, Twins, Chilam Cheung and Jim Chim were guests on TVB game show All Star Glam Exam - Comebacks, where even the hosts Grasshopper participated in the games. Carol Cheng also served as a temporary host for the show.

Chilam expressed that he wants to battle his wife Anita Yuen the most: "I heard that if you win, you can come back on for the finals, my wife won earlier, so I have to win too. I want to battle to death with her! (Who is your greatest opponent?) Ah Sa! She really knows how to eat! She's a food expert!" Ah Sa heard this and was modest, she said she's not a food expert: "There are a lot of things I haven't had before! In fact, I don't have much confidence." Standing besides her, Ah Gil quickly supported her. Twins expressed that they fear the pose game the most because they have bad memory and have bad sense of direction. Later, Ah Sa got a perfect score, while Ah Gil got 7. They had excellent results!

Also, earlier Remus Choi was involved in a drinking and driving case and made it clear that he does not want to be interviewed. When he was recording the show, he appeared very active, interacting with fans and giving out his photos. Fans shouted loudly "Handsome Kit", which brought a smile on his face. It seems as if he has recovered from his emotions. As for Carol, who previously won the Jackpot, expressed she's very happy to be able to be the host: "The show has a special version, and asked me for the job, it's like sitting back and enjoying!"

Charlene Choi's new song radio charting called into question

Charlene Choi's recent song "Year After Year å¹´å¹´" has been receiving popular favorable results, reaching first place as the champion song on Hong Kong's three stations 903 Chik Chak Radio Station, Metro Radio Station and TVB JSG Music Charts. It is only RTHK Music Charts that it has only reached third place (updated to second place), making it unavoidable to escape from the rumor concerning EEG and RTHK from the beginning of the year. Several days ago, netizens left messages online criticizing RTHK radio station's broadcasting methods. EEG Chairman CEO Ng Yu said: "First inquiries will be made, it is known that Ah Sa's song has entered the music chart. (How is EEG's relationship with RTHK?) Still alright, it does not matter, the song has entered the music chart."

RTHK boss Feng Wei Tang responded: "The way each station chooses and evaluates songs are different. The time and broadcasting play statistical index for each song is considered an issue. This song of Ah Sa's, making it into the top three, will automatically be a candidate for the Top 10 Songs." He stressed that the relationship with EEG is "not bad": "All along have invited EEG singers to hold interviews as promotions."

I think the goal of this song is to give to single friends, hope that after they hear this song, they will be able to receive some encouragement and strength from the lyrics, and therefore work to change their current single situation, and soon find their sweetheart." Another new song "Adult World 大人国" is Ah Sa's first time attempting a lyrical jazz style, bringing her latest attempt for fans.

Ah Sa and boyfriend William Chan spent their first Valentine's Day this year. Not only did they travel to Thailand, they also shared their happiness on Valentine's Day. Ah Sa received boyfriend's 99 roses, endlessly sweet, and she gave him home-made cookies. When reporters inquired whether she and her boyfriend will work together to release an album or film, Ah Sa concisely responded that it is unlikely that there will be any collaboration, and also will not be talking bringing up topics related to him, keeping work and love separate.
