A charity premiere of A Simple Life was held two nights ago, main leads Andy Lau, Deanie Ip and director Ann Hui attended. Good friends Anthony Wong, Felix Wong, Jaime Chik Mei Chun and Kent Cheng came to show support. At the event, the media continued to question Andy on his pregnant wife, he doesn’t seems to be able to cope with questions on his wife, luckily Deanie came to his rescue by changing the topic.The premiere is to raise funds for The Community Chest of Hong Kong, thus in return the The Community Chest of Hong Kong gave Andy a set of dollar notes with serial number of his birthday “00927? printed by the three local banks. Andy was delighted to receive this meaning present.
As it was Women’s Day (8 March), Deanie expressed that she had just ate a dessert Marzipan to celebrate.
