Jackie Chan and Emil Chau sing together again after 19 Years

The Jackie Chan directed and starred film CZ12 invited Emil Chau Wa Kin to sing the trailer theme song. Their previous collaboration was TRUE HEARTED HERO in 1993. The song was based on Chang Chen-Yueh's song with new lyrics about life philosophy. Jackie Chan went to Taiwan for the recording as well as the music video shoot. During the shoot Chau Wa Kin's "lyric forgetting disease" spread to Jackie Chan, the team prepared cue cards so the shoot went smoothly. Jackie Chan said that when he sang TRUE HEARTED HERO with Chau Wa Kin he was able to step foot into the music scene. This song also became his theme song. He finally understood why Chau Wa Kin did not invite him to collaborate for so many years. Jackie Chan joked, "If I keep singing, he will be unemployed!"

Fiona Sit wants to be strong like a man

Fiona Sit Hoi Kei yesterday was a promotional guest for a skincare product and attended a ribbon cutting. Fiona said that she is working on Raymond Wong Pak Ming's Lunar New Year film. Yesterday she took a day off to return to Hong Kong and attend the promotion. Fiona said that in the past she worked on THE FORTUNE BUDDIES (GAING CHAU FUK LUK SAU) but it was not a Lunar New Year film. This year was the first time.

Fiona said that her co-stars and the team treated her very well. She said, "While shooting on Qiandao Lake I received Mommy's call. She said that a kitten at home was very sick. I immediately called the director. The director immediately arranged to complete my scenes first so I could rush back to Hong Kong to take the kitten for treatment. I slept with the kitten on the ground one night because the clinic did not have any bed and I couldn't sit on the chair all night." Fiona said that the kitten had heart problem and she would spend more time to take care of it. She said, "I don't know how long it will live, but I will cherish everything around me. I said I won't let myself cry. Sometimes I feel I am getting stronger and stronger. I have to handle a lot of situations, a little like a man." Fiona said that she would properly manage her own emotions and would only let herself cry once over something. As for good friend Denise Ho Wan Si coming out of the closet, Fiona replied, "I am supportive, when you love someone you shouldn't lie. Treating someone with sincerity is very important, in love as well."

Seungri experiences dangerous flight?

We moved to Malaysia from Philippines.

There was a heavy rain last day at Philippines.

I think Philippines felt lonely because we had to leave.

But it doesn’t matter! We will meet next time!

Thanks to Philippines! We had fun there! Other members think so too.

But the problem is.. It doesn’t matter how heavy the rain is! But the flight took off on time as usual.

The plane shook heavily. It’s difficult to glide the plane to safe landing because of the strong wind.

In fact, I was in danger because of the plane accident.

For example: I took part in EMA award at UK last year. At the day before I had came back to Korea, a madam who I know her had called me.

M: “Seungri-kun, are you ok?”

SR: “Yes! Long time no see! What’s the matter?”

M: “Your flight is tomorrow right?”

SR: “Yes, it’s tomorrow. And then..?”

M: “Maybe there will be an accident tomorrow. Be careful.”

SR: “Um?? Wait a moment.. What’s going on?”

M: “I have foreseen YB will sit beside you tomorrow. I’m worried and want to you know that. Just like that.”

I can’t believe it.. It’s already three years since the call. I have been noticed about it. So I’m still nervous.

SR: “Sol-san.. May I see your plane ticket?”

That’s true! His seat was beside mine.

The plane made a loud noise when I thought about it!

Everyone was nervous.

Then, there was a notice: “Dear passengers, sorry for the front wheel of the plane had a flat tire.”

I was listening to the notice and didn’t feel afraid. There must have been an accident if the plane took off..

So what about it? But it was so great that everyone is all right!

Then I called the madam.. “the number you are dialing can not be connected”..

The above is Seung-chan’s unbelievable thing.

There will be alive tour in Malaysia tomorrow! I’m looking forward!

William Chan reveals Patrick Tam's Mob Power Loss

William Chan Wai Ting, Derek Tsang Kwok Cheung and Edward Chui Woai Tung in the Emperor film TRIAD (JAT JIK) played different level Wise Guys. The trio in order to play their roles well did their homework, during the shoot they once were mistaken for real Wise Guys! William revealed in an interview a small secret of Patrick Tam Yiu Man. William said, "When we were on the location shoot we ran into real mob figures who collected protection money. When real and fake Wise Guys were in the same place, the feeling was very hard to describe. Tam Gung (Tam Yiu Man) who was played the boss immediately left his character, but after that he needed some time to be able to get back into the character. Because when it happened the extras who played his subordinates in the film all left, it was very hard to get back into it again."

William gave his all to play the Wise Guy role. On his first day he was beaten until his mouth and face were swollen. William said, "I told my co-stars to fight their hardest, after one punch I was already dizzy. Then they still had to hit for several hours, half my face was swollen!" Because half his face was bruised, the director at first thought was make up and asked William to lighten his make up. William did not know whether to laugh or to cry. Did his girlfriend Charlene Choi Cheuk Yin's heart ache? William sounded like a chauvinist. "What a man does at work is none of the woman's business, no matter who consoles me my work won't be affected."

Aside from a lot of fighting, the film of course has brotherly love. William, Tsang Kwok Cheung and others praised each other for their loyalty. Tsang Kwok Cheung said, "Earlier when I directed LOVER's DISCOURSE (LUEN YU SHUI YU), he worked for 48 hours without sleep and still came over to help me. I haven't heard a single complaint from him, he is very loyal."

Julian Cheung thinks he is his Son's number one Idol

The film NATURAL BORN LOVERS (TIN SUN OI CHING KONG) director Patrick Kong (Yip Lim Sum) and actors Julian Cheung Chi Lam, Annie Liu (Lau Sum Yau) and Sukie Shek Wing Lei yesterday promoted in West Kowloon. When the leads played games with fans, a male fan even pretended to kiss Sum Yau. Admitting that he was very tired from his series production, Chi Lam who only attended with a shell of himself noticed the news that Lo Fun came in eighth among the Golden goddess survey and ahead of Sum Yau. He joked that after yesterday Sum Yau was able to get ahead.

Earlier Chi Lam publicly scolded a TVB production assistant and led to an overwhelming response. He denied that he would have to host a make up banquet and did not want to talk about the matter anymore. In the film, Chi Lam said that he was a jerk in Sum Yau's eyes, but his girlfriend has never called him a jerk because they were able to remain friends after breaking up. His wife Anita Yuen Wing Yi not only would not call him a jerk but worship him more and more. He said confidently, "She like to watch my performance and listen to my songs, she is my number one fan. (Are you your son's number one idol?) Right, recently the character he played at school was a pilot. (Maybe he likes Francis Ng Chun Yu?) At the time he wasn't born yet." Children often played pilots and fire fights. Chi Lam admitted, "Maybe I thought too much!" He also said that when TRIUMPH IN THE SKIES 2 will air he will permit his son to watch. He even showed his intimate scene with Fala Chen so he could learn about acting early on. In addition, this time the film company made 1,000 1:6 figures of Sum Yau. Each sold for HK$800. When Sum Yau posted with the figure and Chi Lam, he said, "I really want to look under its dress, what a pervert."

Sum Yau two nights ago with the director, Ava Yu Kiu and Shek Wing Lei gave away postcards in Mongkok to promote the film. Sum Yau who has rarely been to Mongkok was very excited to see so many people, and said that recently she learned fencing and would be able to protect herself and reporters. She even boasted that she was even more agile than her bodyguards. Did she have a sword on her? She said, "I have a sword in my heart." Sum Yau said that she once worked on a film in Mongkok, due to too many onlookers taking photos the production progress was hindered. Thus two nights ago she was already prepared mentally; she still praised the fans for being very nice and not trying to do anything excessive with her. She also revealed that in her school day she ran into a flasher and was stunned, he looked very pleased. She already learned fencing to protect herself and believed that she would not be afraid if she ran into another pervert again. In addition, this was Yu Kiu's first film. However her first line was already foul language. She even had to call Chi Lam "PK, a kept man and has AIDS". She said that in real life she would at most call guys jerks or no girl would like them. She absolutely would not use foul language.

Chow Yun Fat teaches Huang Xiaoming how to hold a gun

The film THE LAST TYCOON (DAI SEUNG HOI) earlier officially released a minute long trailer. Two generations of Hui Man Keung, Chow Yun Fat and Huang Xiaoming, both picked up a gun and swept across the Bund on the big screen. Viewers who have seen this trailer could not be more excited. In it Huang Xiaoming first held a knife then a gun. He originally thought that he knew how to hold a gun, but with "Gun God" Fat Gor he almost forgot how to use a gun. Andrew Lau Wai Keung said that he "could not be weaker" with his gun holding posture, he could not even draw his gun several times when the cameras rolled. Luckily Fat Gor not only constantly provided him with a variety of guidance but also taught him how to use a gun on the set.

Actually Xiaoming was afraid that he would not play the mob boss role well. He constantly asked Fat Gor for help as soon as he had the time. After Fat Gor learned that Xiaoming's father liked A BETTER TOMORROW (YING HUNG BOON SIK) very much, he dragged Xiaoming to teach him even better gun poses and even displayed the "Mark Gor" performance. He taught Xiaoming how to make better gun poses in front of the camera and attracted many workers. Director Wong Jing had an even better idea. "I haven't seen Fat Gor like this either, let Fat Gor make you his disciple!" When asked whether he was confident to succeed the "Gun God", Xiaoming said, "Wait until you see the movie then you would know if I am qualified."

In addition, Yolanda Yuan Quan in the end of the trailer appeared for the first time on the Bund to become the first female lead of the film to be unveiled. Yuan Quan had many romantic scenes with Fat Gor. After the shoot, even Fat Gor said that he was no match for her. He joked that he has not concentrated on romantic scenes for years already. He never expected that actresses now are so amazing. He said, "Seemingly I have to call back (his AUTUMN'S TALE character) inside me."

Tong Fei brings Law Chung him on the run

Law Chung Him, Jacqueline Chong Si Man, Philip Ng Won Lung, Oscar Leung Lit Wai and Jazz Lam Chi Sin two nights ago worked on YOUNG AND DANGEROUS RELOADED (GOO WAT JAI: GONG WU SUN DIT JUI) in Tsz Wan Shan. In the scene Uncle B passed away and the brothers met up to discuss revenge. Because the production attracted many from the neighborhood, the crew had to constantly remind onlookers not to hinder the shoot.

For efficiency, the team set up a temporary dressing room in a corner of the playground. However the location was rather open and still attracted onlookers. Playing "Smartie" Tong Fei suddenly emerged from the dressing up. Then she and Him Jai went to Tai Kok Tsui harbor for another shoot. In that scene they were running away on a boat. Boss Wong Jing even personally appeared. The film has kept Tong Fei under wrap all along. Reportedly she would only appear in the film's final scene, leaving room for the film's sequel.

Him Jai revealed that earlier they already shot some of the fight scenes, luckily he was not injured. Playing Chicken's girlfriend Chong Si Man joked that her co-stars were injured. Him Jai said, "Actually we troubled co-stars for rehearsal because it was very easy to get hurt. We only worked on the fight scenes when we are protected and safe." Him Jai said that this was not a fight film, all were street fight scenes so he did not need a double. He also revealed that he played a couple with Hu Ran who played a rich girl.

Chong Si Man revealed that she and Chicken had an ambiguous relationship. At first she was ofte around Chicken and stole all of his girlfriends. Finally they became a couple.

Patrick Tse returns to battle Daniel Wu

Patrick Tse Yin returns for the film TAICHI HERO (TAI GIK 2 YING HUNG GWUT HEI) as a mysterious master who runs into high monk Daniel Wu (Ng Yin Cho)'s challenge to force his hand. Sei Gor was a top hunk but this time he was not competing with Ng Yin Cho in looks but in kung fu. Sei Gor with his light Tai Chi style battled Ng Yin Cho's lion roar.

Ng Yin Cho played a high monk, neglected his look, wore torn clothing and shaved his head. He even had many scars on his face and facial hair, looking very filthy. "This look is very cool, it is unforgettable to anyone who sees it. Everyone then would focus on my acting."

Lau Ching Wan: Show Business odd ball

Lau Ching Wan earlier accepted Luisa Lai Chi San's BEST ACTOR program interview. On the show Lai Chi San described Lau Ching Wan as "Show Business Odd Ball" because he normally did not join the crowd and rarely spoke. He also looked somewhat alternative. Ching Wan pointed out that when he was little his relationship with his family was quieter. Now it is much better.

Ching Wan said that in his show business life, he has worked with Wai Ka Fai often. First they worked together on POLICE CADET (SUN JAT SI HING), then in 1992 THE GREED OF MAN (DAI SI DOI) made him a star. Both series were Wai Ka Fai written and produced. He also because of THE GREED OF MAN met his wife Amy Kwok Oi Ming. He said that outside the shoot they did not say one word. Then Vivian Chow Wai Man held a concert and invited them both, only then they started to have a chance to date. Lau Ching Wan said that his wife appreciated his directness the most, but he did not know what he admired his wife for the most. He only felt that he was hers. He believed in destiny very much. Speaking of parenthood, Ching Wan said that the completeness of a family depended on the family's relationship and not on having children. Lau Ching Wan also said that he was nominated 12 times for Best Actor and only won once. He said that he would not deliberately give himself pressure. Now he would only do his best.

Psy takes off his shirt at free concert

On October 4th, Psy held his free concert at Seoul Plaza titled the ‘Seoul Style Concert’, in order to thank all his fans for supporting him so far. Performing his hit songs, around 80,000 people cheered him on through almost two hours of performances.

The free concert, which cost the city a reported 400 million won, was aired live on Live Seoul, YouTube, and UStream to share the festivities with international fans.

The concert started with the Korean national anthem and continued onto Psy’s hits such as “Celebrity,” “Shake It,” “Father” and “We Are the One”. To further heat up the stage, he performed “Gangnam Style,” which has brought him international fame, and the crowd all danced and shouted with excitement.

And as the night came to an end, Psy once again went up the stage and took off his shirt for an encore performance of “Gangnam Style”. The Korean pop star had previously promised that he would perform shirtless if he reached #1 on Billboard‘s “Hot 100”. However, he announced earlier this week that he’d perform topless regardless of whether he reached number 1, to express his gratitude for fans.

Jaejoong talks about JYJ

Its not too much to say that the group that Kim Jae Joong belongs to – JYJ, can sing, do variety and act.

In < Dr Jin >’s press conference, Kim Jae Joong said modestly that “In JYJ, I consider my acting skills to be the worst.” When the reporter asked him to give his own acting a score, he replied ” The score is not given by me, I couldn’t give myself a score. *smiles* The gentle sentimental Yoo Chun and the emotions that I convey are very different and can’t be compared. “

Those who are feel that he only drew upon his super idol star popularity to become an actor, is actually kind of prejudiced. More so as he comes from an idol background, Jae Joong is actually under more pressure to bear harsher scrutiny on his acting and face more challenges. That day, Kim Jae Joong expressed hopes for himself to become a better actor, to be able to grow from various challenges to become an actor who can connect well with audiences.

“It doesn’t help me to only do the things I am good at doing. I hope I can do a better job at acting similar roles, and even if I get hated by the audience I hope to try new roles.”

Jae Joong does not wish to only act characters close to his own personality nor depend on his idol popularity for his projects, even though he will not face derision for such choices. As for his following projects, Jae Joong displayed a fierce determination, he said ” Even though I would like to try romantic comedies again, I would very much like to challenge horror genre with psycho-like roles. “

Even though he is very busy with his singing and acting activities, the 27 yr old Jae Joong is at the right age for love and romance. But being a worldwide beloved idol, it is not easy to openly date someone.

“I’m worried that fans will be hurt. My fans who are for and against this seems to be 50-50. Some fans post on forums saying ‘ Hope that Jae Joong will date this type of woman’, I feel that such fans are so cool. But there are also fans who will be hurt if I go open with a relationship. In my 20s I probably will not openly date, but perhaps I will reconsider in my 30s. *smiles* “

Jae Joong’s deep love for his niece

“My beautiful niece, please grow up beautifully!” Jae Joong’s wonderful photo with his niece, brings a warm smile to our faces.

Jae Joong kisses little baby’s cheek, and chubby little baby’s cute look back at Jae Joong, like she is looking at her father.

“Grow up as cute as your uncle.. ” “Her uncle is JYJ?” “She’s too cute. No wonder Jae Joong loves her so much! “

US LA Trip – Why?

Kim Jae Joong, Park Yoo Chun, Kim Jun Su travelled to LA, USA.

This trip is for JYJ’s next album’s preparations and to meet the collaborators over there.

Other than meetings, the rest of the time – because of dramas and musicals etc individual solo activities that has exhausted the busy JYJ members – they will finally be able to take a rare vacation together.

After Jae Joong’s part in MBC’s weekend drama “Dr Jin” concludes, Park Yoo Chun will be considering his next project and before Jun su’s Asia Tour’s last stop in Hong Kong [ ** extra note 26 Aug 12 ** ] , there will be a small window of around 10 days where the members will be free.

“JYJ and Kanye West’s collaborates with the worldwide album starting World Tour as the goal”. Production of the worldwide album will center around US, therefore there will be constant meetings with local music artists, at the same time, JYJ’s World Tour will also invite directly these music collaborators. [ Translator´s note: to be honest I don't understand the phrase describing who they are meeting with, its sounds like administrators, but in the context I can't be certain. ]

Stephen Fung promotes with an all male line up

The Stephen Fung Tak Lun directed, Tony Leung Ka Fai, Daniel Wu (Ng Yin Cho) and Eddie Peng Yu-Yen starred film TAI CHI 0 two nights ago held its premiere in Tsim Sha Tsui. The premiere featured an all male line up, only missing actresses AngelaBaby and Shu Qi. People thought that Shu Qi was dodging rumored boyfriend Fung Tak Lun.

Fung Tak Lun talked about the all male line up and admitted that it was a little dry. He said that Baby is working on a new film and has already taken time to promote in the Mainland; as for Shu Qi, he said that he definitely invited her but she had to work. Was he afraid that Shu Qi was avoiding him? He said, "Why would she need to?" Reporters said due to the rumors. He said, "Are rumors that have been around for over a decade still rumors?" As for whether he was afraid that with less actress the promotion would lose luster. He joked that for his next ovie he would choose to have two to three actresses. If one did not have time he still had the other one.

Earlier Shu Qi at the Milan fashion week described her relationship with Fung Tak Lun with three "very" good friend. Has their relationship elevated? He said, "I always thought we were very very very good friends." Would he elevate it into a couple? He said why would they turn into a couple, the position of friend was decent too and did not need to change. How many "good" would he give Shu Qi? He said, "Same as always, I already said good friend." Was Shu Qi suitable to be his girlfriend? He said if he had to talk about Shu Qi, he might as well go back to talk about the movie. This subject has been talked about for many years and was very dull already. In addition, he said that because he was busying make TAI CHI he lost ten pounds. He admitted that he was very confident about the box office.

Leung Ka Fai two nights ago returned from Shanghai and a ribbon cutting event there. However on his way back the airplane taxied on the runway then returned to gate, actually the engine had a problem. Then the sound system had a problem. Finally his five o'clock arrival turned into after seven. He said, "Originally I thought about going home early to change, but it became very rushed." Leung Ka Fai's TAI CHI and COLD WAR (HONG JIN) were released at the same time. He said that he was not worried about competing against himself. He was not afraid that both films had Peng Yu-Yen and would be confusing. He also praised Peng Yu-Yen as very talented. A son like Peng Yu-Yen and a daughter like Baby truly were decent. Did he feel Baby was very hot? He said that he would only describe his own daughter as pretty, his own daughter was hot but he would not not call her hot. He said that he studied Tai Chi for two and a half months for this film. Now he is still learning, otherwise he would not be able to promote so much.

Wylie Chiu Shek Chi said that all four men were handsome. Who would she choose? He said, "I like Ng Yin Cho, but I have met Lisa S. before. Choosing someone else's husband doesn't seem right." Shek Chi said that she was single and hoped to be able to find a mixed heritage or foreigner for a boyfriend, because she thought it would be more fun.

Irene Wan joins the mob in her underwear

Substance actress Irene Wan Bik Ha after joining the Emperor Motion Picture artist department radiated again in the film industry. Earlier she and Emperor artist William Chan Wai Ting worked on the Emperor Motion Picture TRIAD (JAT JIK) and had a break through performance. TRIAD's story was about the mob. The addition of female leadership elements made Wan Bik Ha's character even more attractive. The film will also put many mob rumors into the film to make it even more realistic. In one scene Wan Bik Ha, Chan Wai Ting, Derek Tsang Kwok Cheung and Edward Chui Ka Tung joining the mob. Wan Bik ha even appeared in sexy underwear. Chan Wai Ting and others only wore boxers and showed off their perfect muscles.

Wan Bik Ha said that when she got the script she already knew about this scene. For the film to be closer to reality, she did not feel that this underwear only scene was a problem. She only did what an actress should do. Did she clear the set? She said that she did not feel a need to. The shoot did not feel awkward at all. She did not ask her husband before hand either because he understood what an actress needed to do.

Because this scene was shot separately, Chan Wai Ting and Wan Bik Ha did not see each other. In the film he was able to show off his muscles. "When I got the script I knew how to get bigger. I spent many months to train, mainly ate egg, chicken cutlet and steak on a high protein diet. I kept exercising to maintain my figure. Before taking my mark I did push ups because the result showed up the fastest." However, aside from his firm muscles Chan Wai Ting's dragon tattoo was also very attractive. He had to spend several hours to have it drawn on for every shoot.
