Kevin Cheng gets into accident, no injuries but loses HK$800,000 luxury car

Fresh out of the oven '3 award winner' Kevin Cheng got into a car accident in Central at 8:30am while he was driving back to TVB City. At the time, he was driving alone back to TVB for work. According to what Kevin told the police, because he wanted to dodge a dog, so he carelessly steered his car up on the curb. The glass from the right side of the hood of his car shattered and also the airbag popped out from the crash. His expensive HK$800,000 luxury car suffered from serious damages, but fortunately Kevin himself was not injured. After the accident, Kevin instantly got out of the car and called the police. He passed the breathe test, quickly called the tow truck and didn't even have time to report the accident to his insurance, since he had to rush back to TVB to continue shooting for Ghetto Justice 2. However, he was forced to miss the first shooting, but later he went to Tsim Tung to shoot a scene with Myolie Wu and Evergreen Mak. Later in the afternoon, he continued in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Recently Kevin has been busy shooting and attending celebrations simultaneously. Although he's on a tight schedule, he still took some time off the other day to attend Toby Leung's wedding. Yesterday morning he went straight back to work and this morning he flew to Singapore for The 16th Asia TV Awards Presentation. On the 20th, he'll be heading to Hengdian to start shooting for new series Hero.

According to TVB Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs (Tsang Sing Ming), there wasn't just one car accident in TVB yesterday. New series Dangerous Protection crew were headed to Tai Mo San to research the location and the van suddenly lost control and dashed down the hillside. The four staff in the car suffered from light injuries. As for lead actor and actress Bosco Wong and Linda Chung, since the trip wasn't related to performing, they were not required to go, so were not in the van.
