4 Apr – DSP Media, home to stars such as Sechs Kies, KARA and Rainbow, is revealed to be in preparation to introduce a seven member male idol group this month.
According to Korea.com, the agency released a statement today and announced that they will unveil their new idol group through MBC's upcoming reality show "Making the Star - DSP BOYZ" that will air starting on 28 April.
The group is set to officially debut in May, but representatives confirmed that they will reveal more information on the members through the reality show and teaser videos. The agency also released the first video teaser for the group's upcoming reality show through their official YouTube channel.
This will be DSP Media's first male group after five years. Before this, they have created popular groups such as Eun Ji-won's Sechs Kies and Kim Hyun-joong's SS501 but then concentrated on girl groups such as KARA and Rainbow.
