The trailer kicked off with the bald and moustache Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption officer Tony giving a lecture to his subordinates, talking about the Hong Kong police force under siege after 5 police officers were captured in a robbery, followed by several explosions, gun battles, car chases. Although the trailer did not revealed much about the story but at the end, Andy made a surprise appearance, he said: “Extreme moments, used extreme methods” thus making his character a mystery, hard to guess whether he would be a villain.
Chin Kar Lok whom had done well in crime thrillers in recent years was the action director of the film, he’s also the buddy of Aaron in the police force, however he died in one of the mission which triggered Aaron to go after the big case. Other actors Aarif Rahman Lee, Eddie Peng Yu-yen, Andy On, Gordon Lam Ka Tung, Charlie Yeung and Terence Yin also made appearance in the trailer, taking up different type of polices, showing off “turning the police world upside down, a battle fore-coming”.
