Eric Tsang Returns to Taiwan as his Father's Sickness Worsens

Yesterday, Sandra Ng, Maggie Cheung, Kiki Sheung, Louis Yuen, Samantha Ko and Viven Yeo and other artists went to Singapore to promote the new film "I Love HK". Director and Producer Eric Tsang, who was already in Singapore, didn't attend to the promotion but left to Taiwan suddenly, rumoured that he went to visit his father, Tsang Kai Wing who was ill.

Family Being Prepared

Eric Tsang's son, Derek Tsang, was already in Taiwan, and states that he did not know that his father went to Taiwan. The both of them did not contact each other, as he was busy with movies. A friend of Eric reveals that the sickness of Eric's father has changed and Eric has been calling for help in Taiwan. According to Tsang's family friends, they said "Tsang Kai Wing is more than 90 years old, his immune system has worsen. His family is prepared (for his death)." The Tsang family has already rushed to Taiwan and would not mention anything to the media.

Due to Eric's absence, Sandra Ng becomes the main focus in the promotion. When each of the actors and actresses introduces their characters, Sandra states that her character would be a good wife, causing Kiki Sheung, who stood next to her, pretending to throw up. Sandra made fun of her and said "She's pregnant!" When Maggie Cheung introduces her character as a huge star, Sandra also made fun of her and said, "She's just being herself! The black-faced star!" About Eric's absence in the promotion, Sandra said, "Yes, I know! But I can't do anything, Eric didn't mention anything. (Is his father ill?) I know, I've sent my respects to him."
