Eason experiences 'bitter' by mosquitoes

Yesterday Eason Chan was out and about in Tai Tam reservoir. He was filming a music video for one of his new song called ‘Bitter Melon’. During the shoot, Eason required to run into the mud and sing at the same time. Due to the low water levels and the slippery algae among the edges, Eason accidentally tripped and fell and his knee became bruised. However Eason insisted to carry on with the filming whilst moving amongst the mud, the crew praised his professionalism.

The shoot of the new music video was after sunset. Under the spotlights, Eason was surrounded by mosquitoes flying around. Whilst Eason was singing, mosquitoes had sometimes swarmed into his mouth, causing Eason to react and use his hand to wave the insects away and stopping filming around 10 times. Eason laughed: “The song name is so appropriate here, (Fu Gua) Bitter me, wanting to die (Gua)! But I will force myself to work harder under whatever surroundings. This time, I think I have worked harder and improved a lot, ha ha!”
