Picking up after Charmaine Sheh, Maggie Cheung puts up an attitude NGing frequently

A rebel! Not convinced of losing the award, Charmaine Sheh fakes her injury and refuses to work, leading TVB series Forensic Heroes III to switch out her role and caused a big confusion within the crew. Unfortunately, they encountered a troublesome person, Maggie Cheung, who picked up after Charmaine. Maggie had an attitude and wouldn't cooperate, often NGing slowing down the shooting progress. Initially the crew planned to finish shooting in 2 months, but now they can only speed up shooting. The entire crew are shouting in complaints. Last week, reporters discovered that during outdoor shooting, Maggie is indeed qualified, ignoring Kate Tsui, Ron Ng and other the younger generation cast. She only wished to talked to TV King Wayne Lai with her 'Ah Jeh' attitude.

An insider said: "If it wasn't for Ah Sheh (Charmaine) who withdrew from the series, Maggie wouldn't even get the chance to shoot FH3!" This is one of the gossips widely spread around TVB City. The criticisms directed towards Maggie and no other, it was said that the whole crew dislikes this past "little sister", slowing down the shooting progress. "Perhaps she thinks she's really the Ah Jeh!"

In reality, Maggie blew off many series for better income. Unfortunately after she did Mainland series (長恨歌) up north, she suffered from thyroid disease due to all the pressure and emotional issues. Her eyes and face were swollen, her hands were shaking and her heartbeat increased rapidly. Eventually, she had to stop working for a year to rest.

Charmaine, widely rumored to be leaving TVB in May to head up north, used the reason of her joint dislocation injury to withdraw from FH3. It was rumored that Maggie was dying to replace her, but being experienced does not mean she's capable. She appeared nervous and because she plays a coroner, her lines are very professional and cannot be said wrong. She was NGing so much it scares people to death.

To understand the truth, reporters visited the set for two days. The first day was a simple scene between her and Wayne, but Maggie was completely out of it, she NGed frequently and they ended up shooting the scene for the entire afternoon. This caused trouble for her co-star Wayne, who had to withstand the cold for so long. Fortunately he reluctantly got through it with the help of the sunlight. Off-cameras, Wayne and Maggie don't have much interactions, for lunch, they go their separate ways to eat until its time to start the next scene.

On the second day, they were shooting a scene where a corpse was found in the garbage bin. The coroner Maggie was wooden the whole time, when she saw reporters she made a fuss and just hopped into the car for no reason. She frequently NGed, often fixing her makeup and even wanted the staff to test the positions before she's willing to start working. Asked how she's feeling, Maggie's eyes grew big as she tried to defend herself: "In fact, after shooting Beauty Knows No Pain I already got used to shooting series again. Right now I'm going into a tight state of mind, considered okay. As a coroner, always having to do postmortem exams and report the cause of death, the lines are difficult to say. One night, I was so nervous my back started sweating as I said my lines. I felt so stiff and NGed 8 times. This broke all records among my line of veteran artists! Wayne NGs too, but the numbers aren't as much." Even dragged her partner into the water? Good one!
